🔒 Warranty Coverage
Your Galliero watch is protected against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
This includes:
- Mechanical faults with the NH35A Automatic Movement
- Defects in the sapphire crystal, case, or dial
- Malfunctions in hands, markers, or crown due to manufacturing error
❌ Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (straps, clasps, minor scratches)
- Water damage caused by misuse beyond the rated 5ATM resistance
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect function (color fading, strap wear)

- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos, if possible
