Galliero Return & Refund Policy

At Galliero, each timepiece is crafted with care and delivered with pride. We want you to feel absolute confidence in your purchase.

🔄 Returns

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your Galliero Heritage watch, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• Returned in the original packaging (collector’s box, protective covers, and accessories)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange—for another Edition or strap variation—we are happy to arrange this, subject to availability.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.
